    Welcome to my first post.

This space is where I’ll share what I’ve learned about facilitation, wellbeing, and creating environments where people and ideas grow. It’s also a place to reflect on what’s working, what’s changing, and how we can keep balance in a world that moves fast.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with communities, non-profits, and small teams to help them connect, collaborate, and make change. My background blends community engagement, horticulture, and mindfulness practice, and that mix shapes everything I do.

    What I Offer

    I design and run:

    • Workshops and Training on wellbeing, DEIB, focus, and service design.
    • Facilitation and Team Development sessions for teams that want to reconnect with purpose.
    • Wellbeing and Meditation Days that mix reflection with practical tools.
    • Nature-Based Learning experiences where we work with the outdoors as a teacher.

Each session is shaped to fit the group, not the other way around.
You can learn more on the services page.

    My Approach

I believe meaningful change starts with attention, the ability to pause, notice, and respond with clarity.

Whether we’re rethinking a service, planning a project, or building trust within a team, the tone of the space matters. I create calm, grounded spaces where people can think and feel freely.

You can see examples of how this works in practice on the case studies page.

    A Note on Roots

My facilitation style is shaped by both experience and reflection. I’ve studied meditation for many years, and that quiet practice helps me stay grounded in every setting. While my work is practical and people-focused, the thread of awareness runs through it all.

If you’d like to collaborate, you can reach me through the contact page.

Thank you for visiting, and for beginning here, in stillness.
